Opportunity to organize a Vendor Session – 25’ or 35’ minutes – to provide information about your products or advances in technological innovation (programme subject to the approval of the EPRW 2022 Scientific Committee).
The cost includes:
Hall rental, standard audio/visual equipment, display table. If you need extra equipment, please, request it in advance to the Organization. The cost for additional equipment should be covered by the company.
The title and speakers of the session will be advertised on the webpage. The information should be indicated to the Organisation no later than April 15th, 2022.
The company must submit to the Organising Committee a summary of the presentation no later than May 15th, 2022 by the Vendor Abstract presentation tool in the website.
The slot for the session will be fixed by agreement between the Organising Secretariat and the Company, according to the programme.
The supporting Company must cover all speakers’ expenses including registration, accommodation and travel expenses, in addition to the sponsorship fee.
