Registration and Accommodation

As the official organiser of the 14th European Pesticide Residues Workshop (EPRW 2022), Full Day S.r.l. is looking forward to welcome you In Bologna, Italy.

We will define with hotels in Bologna accommodation rates and conditions reserved to EPRW 2022 participants, in order to allow you to make your reservation as soon as possible.


We all really want to meet finally in-person!

All necessary measures and attentions will be taken to assure that we will be able to attend in full safety.

As  Covid-19 restrictions are constantly evolving, we will provide detailed information when we get closer to the Workshop.

Personal Insurance

The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Visa requirements and invitation letters

Some participants may require a visa to travel to Italy. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a Visa as it involves personal private data. The organizers will provided all available information but will have no commitment to provide any financial support.

Please note that the average time for obtaining a visa can be from two to three months from the date of application.

Do I need a Visa?

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries can be sent to participants by the Secretariat. Should you require an invitation please contact us. Such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Meeting Organizer to provide any financial assistance.

Sponsorship & Exhibition

There will be a simultaneous wide-ranging exhibition which will provide a visual focus and interaction with the Workshop sessions. The breaks will be taken in the exhibition area.

Climate and best time to visit Bologna

Fall is a great time to visit Bologna. Temperatures start to cool, with temperatures ranging between 15-26C. There are a series of food and wine festivals and some of the top produce products are in season, including mushrooms. Some of these festivals are easy to visit from Bologna on a day trip to nearby towns or villages.
