Applications
Applications for Sponsorship and/or Exhibition must be made in writing. Please contact p.missiaja@fullday.com to receive the appropriate Booking Form.
Confirmation
Once a Booking Form is received, a confirmation of Sponsorship and/or Exhibition will be mailed to you with an accompanying invoice.
VAT
Exhibition and Sponsorship fees are liable to 22% VAT as appropriate:
Companies based in Italy are liable to 22% VAT.
Non-EU countries are not liable to VAT given that a valid Company registration number is provided.
EU countries are not liable to VAT given that a valid VAT registration number is provided; alternatively, 22% will be added in your invoice.
Allocation of Exhibition Area
Space allocation will be made on a ‘first come first served’ basis, when both application form and advance payment are received.
Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated in the application form.
Kindly inform if you prefer not to have your booth close to a determined Competitor.
Acknowledgements & Company logo
Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive the following benefits:
Sponsor’s logo in the Workshop website.
Acknowledgement in the Sponsors&Exhibitors list in the Book of Abstracts.
Acknowledgement on Sponsors&Exhibitors board on-site.
Please, forward your Company logo in high resolution, together with the link to your company website page you would prefer participants open, to eprw2022@fullday.com. We will be happy to include it in the Workshop website as soon as possible.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors and Sponsors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting Company name.
Please register using the ‘on line’ registration form for Sponsors / Exhibitors.
The following exhibitor registration badges are included in the Exhibition fee:
Platinum booth – 3 Exhibitor badges.
Gold booth – 2 Exhibitor badges.
Silver and Bronze booths – 1 Exhibitor Badge.
Exhibitors’ Technical Manual
An Exhibitors’ Technical Manual outlining technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated within 3 months prior to the EPRW 2022 Workshop. It will include the following:
Technical details about the venue.
Final exhibition details and information.
Contractor details.
Services available to Exhibitors and order forms.
Terms of Payment
50% upon receipt of agreement and first invoice.
50% by June 15th, 2022.
All payments must be received before the start date of the Workshop EPRW 2022. Should the Sponsor fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of the EPRW 2022, the Organiser will be entitled to cancel the reservation, while cancellation will be subject to cancellation fees as determined below.
Reservations made less than 3 months before date of the Workshop will be subject to 100% payment upon confirmation.

Cancellation/reduction policy
Cancellation/Modification of Opportunities must be made in writing to Full Day S.r.l.
The Organisers shall retain:
10% of the agreed amount for cancellation/modification received before April 15th, 2022.
50% of the agreed amount for cancellation/modification received between April 16th and June 15th , 2022.
100% of the agreed amount for cancellation/modification received after June 15th 2022.
Force majeure
Given compelling circumstances beyond the responsibility of Full Day, or in the event of force majeure, Full Day shall be entitled to cancel, postpone or shorten the event in question. If, for one of the aforementioned reasons, the event should not take place, Full Day will determine with the Organising Committee a percentage of the invoiced amount to be retained to cover expenses already incurred.
Exhibition Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Sponsors and Exhibitors are included in this Prospectus. Please note that signing the BOOKING FORM indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Booking Form will be held as a valid liable contract, by which both parties will be bound. Further details will be included in the Exhibitor’s Technical Manual, which will be provided to Sponsors&Exhibitors approximately 3 months prior date of event.
