Workshop venue
Built in 1975 to a project by architects Melchiorre Bega and Lieuwe Op’t Land, the Palazzo dei Congressi is a major example of a work of contemporary architecture designed to promote a sense of unity and belonging and to allow ease of communication between the various sections.
It features halls of various sizes, among which:
the Europa Auditorium, an elegant multifunctional space recently refurbished with a total capacity of 1,700 seats, This will be our plenary sessions room.
the Sala Italia, a room with the latest technologies.This will be our Vendor Sessions room.
It also features large foyers that are ideal for hosting exhibitions, social events and other initiatives in a prestigious setting.

Easy access
The Palazzo dei Congressi lies just a few minutes from Bologna city centre, the railway station and the airport. It is also served by its own motorway exit and has large car parks. It is just a short journey from the major Italian cities.
