EPRW Posters Awards
The Poster Award Committee will prize the best posters presented on the basis of the following selection criteria:
- Scientific Content/Quality
- Originality
- Design / Layout / Clarity / Self-Explanatory
- Relevance for Routine Application
- Personal Presentation (Answering Questions)
The author of each selected posters will receive a free registration at the next EPRW 2024 and will have the opportunity for a short presentation of their work during the poster awards session on the 23rd September.
Submitting Abstracts
Keynote speakers will provide their view for each of our strategic topics. The Organizing Committee warmly invites you to submit abstracts in which researchers have the opportunity to present their recent results to share at the EPRW 2022.
A number of abstracts dealing with the specific topic of “Food of Animal Origin” will be selected to be presented as a lecture on Wednesday, September 21st (Themed Day)

Authors must select their preferred presentation type:
Oral
Oral Young Scientist (authors under 30 years old)
Poster presentation
However, there are limited spaces scheduled for oral presentation. The Scientific Committee will select Oral Communications based on the abstracts received. The remaining abstracts accepted will be presented in poster sessions.
Abstracts submitted as Oral Young Scientist, must attach a short CV of the presenting author at the time of submission as well.
Oral presentation
Each presentation will be 20 minutes long.
Oral young scientist (authors under 30 years old) presentation
Each presentation will be 10 minutes long.
Submission Instructions
Abstracts must be submitted through the Online Submission Form published in this website.
Abstracts must be submitted in English which is the official language of the Workshop
Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at another international scientific meeting should not be submitted.
Once your abstract has been successfully submitted the contact person (author who submits the abstract) will receive an automatic confirmation receipt by email. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours (make sure you check your spam folder), please contact: abs@fullday.com
Authors will have access to their abstracts to review or edit the text until submission deadline ends. Log in here to review or edit your abstract.
Authors can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts for the Oral presentation proposals while there is no limit for poster presentations.
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract
All correspondence concerning abstracts will be sent to Author email address.
Abstract Content
The length of the abstracts should be 400 words maximum, including references, if quoted. Please do not include tables, note that word count is affected when tables are included.
You can create your abstract text with any text editor, have it ready in advance and paste it in the abstract form. Please DO NOT capitalize each letter of title and names.
Please follow the following guidelines:
Abstract Title
Make the title of the abstract brief, clearly indicating the nature of the investigation.
Limited to 25 words, preferably.
Author and Co-authors
Author name (bold) and co-authors name: full first name, middle name initial(s) and full family name – followed by the number corresponding to affiliation details listed below
Affiliation details: Company/Institution, City, State (if relevant), Country
(Authors: person who will make the presentation at the Workshop)

Limitations and rules
The same Author may act as presenting author on up to 2 oral presentations.
A maximum of 2 abstracts for poster presentation can be submitted per registered author and/or per registered co-author. More poster abstracts may be submitted provisionally, which will be put on a waiting list and may be assigned for presentation later, if enough poster presentation space will be available.
Authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by June 15th 2022 (early bird registration deadline) will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official conference publications.
The Author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors will be required to disclose any conflict of interest in the Abstract submission form.
Abstract Author declaration: Authors will be required to approve declaration in the Abstract submission form
